Meet The Dromen Group Directors
C.E.O. and chairman of the board
The Dromen Group was founded in 2013 to provide education and financial assistance to those who are having a hard time coping with the poor economy of the past several years. I am one of those who have been suffering because of lost income due to downsizing and the ever-decreasing number of job opportunities.
Realizing that I was not alone in this, my quest began to find a way to help not only myself, but other people as well. After many false starts, I decided upon the idea of starting a non-profit corporation that, with the help of its sponsors and partners, would sponsor essay based contests to provide additional opportunity for others to attain their educational goals. Since I believe that education is a key factor in success, sponsoring scholarship essay contests will help improve the lives of many.
My background is in electronics and engineering, as well as management. I have been busy learning about organizing and operating a non-profit, accounting, and many other things to ensure that The Dromen Group's educational mission is successful. The experience has been challenging and interesting. I have grown as a person, and broadened my outlook on people and life in general.

I first met Joseph Bates while working at an engineering company in the Chicago area. Dee Toberman helped me find a home. Those encounters paved the way for many discussions, meetings, and a lot of work that ultimately resulted in the creation of The Dromen Group. The three of us wanted to create an organization that would have a positive impact upon the world, and which would serve as an opportunity for us to have freedom of action to be productive rather than suffocating in typical bureaucratic corporate environments. The Dromen Group will provide additional educational opportunities for many, and it will be a workplace that fosters independent thought and the chance for every employee and volunteer to reach his or her full potential.
I have successfully managed large multi-million dollar projects in the automotive and agricultural industries. My project management skills and analytical abilities, along with many contacts throughout diverse industries, will help ensure that The Dromen Group is successful and positively impacts the lives of many.
As Joseph Bates indicated, working to put The Dromen Group together has been an amazing, if sometimes challenging, experience. I have learned a lot, and I am eager to learn more and meet many new like-minded people so that we can create a groundswell of success.

As a Real Estate Broker, I believe that I am already in the "dream" business (dromen means dream in Dutch), as I have helped many people buy and sell their homes and businesses over the past 16 years. Prior to that, I was working within the financial sector of "Corporate America," and I continually suffered the same fate as many other people of job losses due to downsizing, restructuring, etc. I can empathize with so many people who felt they had no say in their situations and maintained that they were constantly swimming upstream due to the unstable economy.
I have known Joe Isaia's family for many years as neighbors and fellow parishioners at the local church. I was happy to help Joe find his first home in the area. Several years after he moved in, he contacted me with the idea for The Dromen Group. He then introduced me to Joseph Bates, and together they explained their vision for efforts to help make our world a better place to live. Since 2013, we have been modeling and structuring the company, and we are now ready to take our ideas to the next level. I am excited to be a part of an organization that supports and rewards the American spirit of determination to reach individual goals, believing that a "hand up" far surpasses a "hand out" - too much emphasis has been put upon the negative forces in our society, and it's time to focus on the positives!
I look forward to helping launch the educational piece of our company, which is just the first phase. Once successful, we will begin planning the contests that will award automobiles and homes. We welcome you to move forward with us!
